We ship prints and framed items in 10 days. Special orders items such as Embroideries, watches, mugs, clothing, and rings take 10-16 weeks.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We will repair or replace any flaws missed in quality inspection or damage due to shipping when insured.
